Agreement

By using the Lite Load Transportation website or booking a delivery with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Booking and scheduling

When you submit a delivery request, you agree to provide accurate contact information, pickup and delivery addresses, and any details needed to complete the service. A submitted request does not guarantee availability until we confirm your appointment.

Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to honor requested dates and times, including same-day service when available. Delivery windows may change due to traffic, weather, prior bookings, or other operational factors. We will contact you if a change is necessary.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time
• Disclose accurate information about item size, weight, and special handling needs
• Make someone available at pickup and delivery locations when required
• Not request transport of prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We may decline or reschedule requests that cannot be safely or reasonably fulfilled.

Limitation of liability

Lite Load Transportation is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, or inaccurate information provided by the customer. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate agreement made for a specific delivery.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
